5a-hydroxy laxogenin is a saponin, which is a steriod in the sugar-free component of saponins. 5A-Hydroxylactogenin is extracted from plants similar to asparagus. This compound is a spirochetal compound similar to brassinosteroids. It is a small amount of plant steriods contained in pollen, seeds, leaves and other plants and foods. . It has some of the advantages of Oxandrolo(decreases sex hormone binding globulin, improves testoster activity, increases nitrogen accumulation, and promotes anabolic metabolism).
